The DA5000 (2010 Stock) Expert Breathalyzer is a good value breathalyzer, featuring an improved carry pouch and automatic counter showing the number of times the unit has been utilised. It has superceded the older version, sold as the AL5000 and AL5000 Expert on some competitor web sites and features an improved sensor. Don't buy old stock.
In addition our DA5000 Expert is calibrated to the UK standard of mg/l offering more incremental steps to the UK limit than some competitor versions calibrated in %BAC
This is a well made, hand held, portable breathalyzer. The DA5000 Expert Breathalyzer is compact and ideal for personal use.
It is ideal for use as a morning after device to check for residual alcohol in the system.
The breathalyzer is supplied with a custom carry pouch, 2 Free Batteries and 6 mouthpieces. We can supply extra mouthpieces if required.
This model is calibrated in mg/l and will read to 2 decimal places - more accurate than other similar models calibrated in %BAC (Breath Alcohol Content).
The Breathalyser is calibrated to the UK standard of mg/litre but is fully usable in any country.
